Uncovering the human insight behind transformative product decisions
I'm a Senior UX Researcher with 10+ years of experience translating complex human behavior into product decisions that drive change. My work spans enterprise software, automotive HMI, autonomous vehicles, and B2B SaaS environments, where the research questions are ambiguous, the stakes are high, and the insights have to land with executives, not just designers.
My approach centers on delivering the right research at the right moment: generative studies that define what to build, evaluative research that sharpens how it's built, and the stakeholder storytelling that ensures ensuring findings drive decisions, not just fill a presentation. I integrate behavioral observation, qualitative depth, and quantitative signals into a complete picture of user needs, then translate that picture into clear, actionable direction.
My career began at the intersection of observation and optimization, studying how people moved through manufacturing environments, then expanding into cognitive ergonomics and human factors. That foundation gave me something most UX researchers don't have: a deep, embodied understanding of how context shapes behavior. It's the lens through which I approach every research challenge, from autonomous vehicle trust to enterprise checkout flows.
